Rent to Own Program (RTO)

You have the option to Rent To Own a Bennett building. This is a common sense alternative to mini warehousing and in most cases is less expensive. Plus, you have your belongings at your residence.

There is No Credit Check involved in our RTO (Rent To Own) Program. Simply choose the building that best suits your storage needs and a monthly payment that you are comfortable with. A minimal security deposit and first month’s payment will, in most cases, get you a building in a matter of days. A rental agreement will be presented to you which will need to be completed in order to start the process. You will need to possess a current driver’s license in order to complete the paperwork.

There are several forms that may apply to your situation such as a landlord waiver if you rent your home or property. A letter of understanding will also be provided that usually answers most of the frequently asked questions. We will be able to assist you in the process.

You may also pay off your rental agreement at any time with no penalty.

Our RTO involves No Credit Check that would lower your current rating or beacon scores. You are already pre-approved with a current driver’s license. If you have available credit today, why “use up” any available credit when you can use our RTO program and save any available credit for an emergency.

You can have a Bennett building delivered, in most cases, within a few days for quick use and not have to wait for weeks like most rent to own programs.

· You may pay off your contract at any time you choose within the guidelines of the RTO contract agreement.

· You have the option to lower your monthly payments by making a down payment at the time you get your building.

· You choose the “best” day of the month to make your payment.   The 1st, 5th, 10, or 15th of the Month.

 

Until now, most RTO programs have been limited to wood exteriors that will eventually “weather” over the rental term and become an eyesore on your property. Notice the returned buildings before refurbishing that are available as used buildings. You will clearly see how they deteriorate in appearance. Our metal lap and twin rib metal sided buildings can be easily cleaned and with minimal maintenance will continue to enhance your property, as well as provide plenty adequate storage.

Multiple colors and trims to match your home or even support your team or theme of choice are available.
You have the option to terminate the contract, at any time and for whatever reason without penalty by returning the building in good condition and only paying for the time you used the building.

Your minimal Security Deposit will be refunded to you once the rental agreement is expired.

Special Notes About Delivery & Installation:

 

The Building will be delivered with a truck and/or trailer.  Please understands that this type of delivery

requires a clear path for the building and the truck.

Your purchase includes a reasonable setup.  We will deliver, block and level the building. The customer

understands additional fees may be charged if any of these obstacles arise.

 

1. A wrecker is required to get our truck in or out of the location or during installation.

2. Trees, low limbs, stumps that could damage the building or truck.

3. Un-level ground to the point that any part of the building requires more than 20 inches of block.

4. Any obstacle that will severely interfere with the setup of your building.

 

A fee of  $ 75.00 (minimum) may be charged for any return trip to complete the installation of a building. 
If over 25 miles additional fees may be charged.

Please have any low limbs or stumps trimmed or removed. 

We will not be responsible for any damage to your building that could arise from these obstacles.

There must be a clear path for access.  Adult must be present at time of delivery and must instruct the installer as to the placement of the building.   Delivery truck may leave tracks,  indentions, or ruts in the yard and the customer accepts full responsibility for any damage to septic systems, water lines and/or sprinkler systems. Please know where they are so you can direct the installer to go around them. Please have an alternate entry for the placement of the building if any of these obstacles are present. 

 

A BUILDING PERMIT MAY BE REQUIRED IN SOME AREAS. IT IS THE CUSTOMERS

RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK WITH THE LOCAL CITY OR COUNTY AUTHORITIES TO SEE IF A PERMIT IS REQUIRED.  PLEASE HAVE ALL REQUIRED PERMITS BEFORE DELIVERY.
